Bringing over 20 years of automotive advertising experience, Kent Baughman joined The RAM Group in 2008. He brings his outside of the box thinking and high-energy approach to every client interaction. Mark has been in the Media and Marketing arenas for more than 30 years. A self-proclaimed “data dork,” Mark prides himself on looking at all research available before making media and marketing decisions. He believes that with the help of data science, he and his team can create the most efficient marketing plan based upon the data versus “I’m friends with this rep.” Mark joined The RAM Group as Media Director in 2015. Prior to The RAM Group, Mark spent 18 years as a radio rep before being promoted to station manager. Then he decided to switch careers to the automotive arena taking on the position of Marketing Director for a ten store group.
Lori came to The RAM Group in 2008 with 20+ years of automotive advertising experience. Lori runs the day to day operations along with George and Kent. She also oversees all of the AE’s and Art Department to ensure everything is running in a timely manner and everyone is meeting their individual KPI’s.
